 The following Terms and Conditions apply to all treatments, bookings, and interactions with The Skin Barn Cotswolds Ltd (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”), a limited company registered in England and Wales. By booking and attending an appointment, you agree to the terms set out below.

The Skin Barn Cotswolds Ltd is a limited company operated solely by the business owner. Treatments offered include bespoke facials, microneedling, chemical peels, LED light therapy and related non-invasive skincare services. 

• All appointments must be booked via our official booking system, Timely, accessible via our website or the link in our Instagram bio.
   
• We do not accept bookings through direct messages on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram or Facebook), texts, or calls.

• Appointments may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance online via your Timely confirmation email or by emailing info@theskinbarncotswolds.com.
   
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
   
• No cancellations will be accepted via social media, including Instagram and Facebook.
   
• No-shows and repeated cancellations may result in being unable to book future appointments.
   
• We reserve the right to cancel any future appointments if there is a history of lateness, continuous cancellations, no-shows, or excessive changes to appointments.
   

• We accept card payments and cash only.
   
• Payment is required at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
   

• All clients are required to complete a consultation form and relevant consent forms prior to receiving any treatment.
   
• These forms will be emailed to you upon booking and must be completed in full before your appointment.
   
• These forms contain vital pre-treatment and aftercare advice which you are responsible for reading and following.
   

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are 15 minutes or more late, we may need to cut your treatment short or cancel the appointment altogether to avoid disrupting other clients.
   
• The full treatment fee will still apply in these instances.
   

• We do not treat anyone under the age of 14.
   
• Clients aged 14–17 may receive non-advanced treatments only, with parental or guardian consent.
   
• A parent or guardian over the age of 18 must be present at the appointment and must sign all consent forms on behalf of the minor.
   
• Clients must be 18+ for advanced treatments, including microneedling, chemical peels, and similar services.
   

• With your consent, we may take before-and-after photos for training, marketing, and promotional purposes.
   
• If you tick the relevant consent box on your form, these images may be shared on platforms including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook.
   
• No identifying images will be shared without your explicit consent.
   

• We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
   
• Your personal and medical information will be stored securely and used solely for the purposes of providing safe and appropriate treatments, and for administrative purposes relating to your bookings.
   
• Your data will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent unless legally required.
   
• You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@theskinbarncotswolds.com.
   

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment at our discretion, particularly if we believe it is unsafe, inappropriate, or if the client has not complied with our policies.
   

• While every effort is made to ensure your safety, you agree to undergo treatments at your own risk.
   
• It is your responsibility to inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to treatment.
